He was born in 1973 in Çorum.
As a 57th term graduate, he graduated from Atatürk High School.
He studied at Gülhane Military Medical Academy.
He joined the Naval Forces Command and served as Lieutenant and First Lieutenant on the frigate ships TCG ANITTEPE and TCG TURGUT REİS.
He then continued his duty at Ankara Gata Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic.

(Joint study with Bilkent University Genetics and Molecular Biology Department) He completed his specialization with the effect of VEGF, EGF and FGF genes modified keratinocyte culture on chronic wound healing in rats.
He retired from Kasımpaşa Naval Hospital with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
